You know the chocolate beggars ... here are the beggars of nectarines. A gourmet dessert that will be delicious with yellow or white peach instead of nectarines.
For 4 people :
- 4 peaches or nectarines
- 4 soft, dry apricots
- 1 C. to s. sugar
- 1 egg
- 60 g of almond powder
- 30 g of hazelnuts
- 30 g pistachios
- 30 g raisins
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a salad bowl pour the almond powder, the sugar and the egg. Add the finely chopped dried apricots and mix well.
Wash the nectarines. Cut them in half and open them to remove the stones.
Garnish with a spoonful of almond cream and sprinkle with dry fruit by squeezing lightly into the cream. Bake 15 minutes and serve warm.
To caramelize slightly this dessert you can sprinkle the top of the peaches stuffed with icing sugar before baking.
