Fill up on vitamins and calcium. Cucumber and melon will bring you folate. They are also a good source of vitamin C, potassium and provitamin A.

Ingredients:

For 4 people :

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 melon
  • 1 natural yoghurt (125 g)
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of milk
  • 2 tbsp. fresh coriander
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut it into pieces.
Take the flesh of the melon with a spoon.
Place the cucumber and melon pieces in a blender with yogurt, milk, coriander, salt and pepper.
Blend finely and serve very fresh in verrines.
