A gourmet dessert with chocolate and gingerbread that will put stars in their eyes!
- 5 slices of gingerbread
- 20 cl of milk in a row
- 2 squares of dark chocolate
Put 2 slices of gingerbread to the toaster to dry. Let them cool and mix them into powder
Heat the milk in a saucepan. Add the gingerbread powder and cook, turning until smooth and thick.
Pour into a cup and let cool
Cut the remaining slices of gingerbread into the cookie cutter. Quickly melt the chocolate in the microwave (or bain-marie) and dip some of the gingerbread pieces. Serve together cream and chocolate gingerbread.
