During pregnancy, chicken will be your great ally. This meat is not fat, while remaining tasty. A caramelization with soy sauce, will make even greedy.


  • 700 g chicken cutlets
  • 500 g green beans
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 6 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • salt
  • mill pepper
  • coriander


Cut the eggplant into cubes, salt them and let them drain in a colander for about 15 minutes.

Strain the green beans and cook them in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Drain them.

In a frying pan, heat oil and brown chopped meat and eggplant.

Cook for 3 minutes. In a bowl, mix the lemon zest with the soy sauce and lemon juice.

Pour into the pan with the green beans and sauté over high heat for 5 minutes. Add coriander, add it and serve.
