A creamy and fruity recipe for baby from 5 months suggested by the blogger Adeline.

For 2 jars of 130 g

  • 4 ripe apples
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons water
  • 1/2 vanilla pod

Wash and peel the apples. Remove the pips and cut the apples into small pieces. Split the vanilla pod in half and collect the seeds.

In a saucepan, put the apples, vanilla and water. Let stew on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Blend the apples until you get a smooth compote. Let cool and put in pots.
